The City of Sydney transformed the former Water Police site into a stunning, harbour front playground for kids.
Concrete by Design installed the whale artwork that was a central part of the transformation of the former Water Police site. An intrinsic part of the key draw-card, water jets stream at different intervals and heights around the whale and make great water tunnels to get drenched under.
